Apple is one of the most famous fruits in the history of the world. The apple tree comes from the Rosaceae family. They contain pectins, soluble fibers in the body that help eliminate cholesterol and balance sugars in the body, vitamins and minerals.
The artichoke is a herbaceous plant for food and medicinal uses. It is similar to the thistle and belongs to the family of compounds. Known for its healing benefits in metabolism, it helps digestive functions. Excellent flavor, its flowers are bluish green and purple, artichokes are consumed in dishes, juices and infusions. We offer an ecological nutritional food coloring obtained by dehydration and grinding of artichokes (Cynara scolymus L.) of nutritional quality, natural green color and pleasant sweet aroma.
Black carrot: Red colorant obtained by extraction of the Black Carrot (a variety of carrot with an intense red color) and subsequently dehydrated by atomization. It comes in liquid and powder format. It can be applied in soft drinks, wines, liqueurs, confectionery in general, juices, jams and others as long as the final pH is acidic.
Blue Genipa: Our blue coloring food is obtained from the Jagua or Huito (Genipa Americana), this edible fruit is found in abundance in the tropical forests of Latin America. It comes in powder or liquid form and is soluble in water. Excellent stability to heat, light, acid and neutral pH’s. Applications in desserts, ice creams, beverages, confectionery, pastry, sweets and candies.
Blue Spirulina: This product is a blue pigment derived from blue green algae; the agent active is the Phycocyanin. Water soluble and available in powder and liquid version. Good stability to heat, light, acid and neutral pH’s. Applications in desserts, ice creams, beverages, confectionery, pastry, sweets and candies.
Broccoli is a vegetable of the cabbage family with high benefits for the cardiovascular system due to its high content of flavonoids, antioxidants, vitamin C, proteins and other nutrients. Characterized by abundant green edible heads, distributed in the shape of a tree. Absolutely natural product we can use broccoli for a variety of preparations providing a green-brown color and all its nutritional value.
The carrot is an edible root of orange color and elongated leaves. It has its properties because to its concentration of carotenes, including beta carotenes or pro-vitamin A, natural antioxidants. Curcumin (E-100): Natural colorant that provides bright and intense tones from yellow to orange. It is obtained from the Curcuma longa, of the ginger family, by a process of extraction, drying and purification. Known for its high anti-inflammatory power and the benefits it brings to health, we offer It in powder and liquid format, both hydro-soluble and fat-soluble. It is generally applied in dairy products, desserts, jams, meat, snacks, baked products, preserves, pasta, ice cream, sauces and drinks.
Carmine (E-120): This famous food coloring provides natural deep red pigments, shades of orange, reddish, purple and dark violet. Carminic acid and carmine lakes are obtained from cochineal extracts. Some of these being watersoluble and others liposoluble.
These colours have an excellent stability to the light, heat and different pH’s.
E-141 CU-CHLOROPHYLLINE / CHLOROPHYLL
Chlorophyllin cuprosodic (E-141): Natural green obtained from alfalfa. Chlorophyllin is a mixture of copper salts sodium that comes from chlorophyll. This is watersoluble so it is more easily absorbed by the body and retaining its same properties.
It can be applied to different types of drinks, smoothies, ice creams, jellies, pastries, vegetable dishes, cheeses and candies. It has good stability to the light and heat exposure.
Carbon Black (E-153): Charcoal is a natural colorant in black tones. It is obtained from the burning of vegetables, coconut shells and other natural materials reduced to small particles and suspended in glucose syrup. Presented as a paste, soluble in water. Applicable in neutral or acid pH products. It is used in the fish industry for caviar or surimi imitation, in confectionery, candies, cookies and chocolates. Vegetable black pigment without toxicity, suitable for human consumption. Excellent stability to the light and heat exposure.
Betacarotene (E-160a): Betacarotenes are natural pigments that provide orange and yellow colors to fruits and vegetables, recognized for their benefits for the skin, eyesight and health in general, used in medicine and food industries. We offer our quality products by extraction from natural sources and bio synthesis in the laboratory. We offer in liquid or powder format, natural food colorants applicable to dairy, bakery, drinks, margarines, snacks, sauces, candies and desserts. Stable and safe products, easy to apply and with a very good solubility.
E-160c Paprika ORP
Oleoresin (E-160C): Paprika oleoresin is used as a red vegetable coloring, easy to dissolve in liquids and viscous substances. It is extracted naturally from Capsicum Annum L peppers. Capsantin pigment offers orange and red shades from the carotenoid family. We offer it in powder or liquid format, with good stability to light and heat. Applicable to products with acidic or neutral pHs such as meat, surimi, sauces, candies, snacks, spices and vegetables.
Lycopene E-160 (d): Lycopene is an oil-soluble red carotenoid pigment which occurs naturally in a number of fresh fruits and vegetables, such as tomatoes, watermelon, pink grapefruit and papaya. Also it can be produced by synthesis. Applicable acidic and neutral pHs, in candies, dairy, bakery, surimi, meat and sauces. Available in watersoluble and liposoluble version.
