From fresh milk, the dairy products that we consume at our table are generated thanks to the dairy industry. The consumption of milk and its derivatives, such as cheeses, creams, margarines and butters provide us with the ideal calcium necessary to maintain a strong bone system.

Our blue colouring food is derived from the Jagua or Huito (Genipa Americana), an edible fruit abundant in the tropical forests of Latin America.
