Black carrot: Red colorant obtained by extraction of the Black Carrot (a variety of carrot with an intense red color) and subsequently dehydrated by atomization. It comes in liquid and powder format. It can be applied in soft drinks, wines, liqueurs, confectionery in general, juices, jams and others as long as the final pH is acidic.

Blue Genipa: Our blue coloring food is obtained from the Jagua or Huito (Genipa Americana), this edible fruit is found in abundance in the tropical forests of Latin America. Blue Spirulina: This product is a blue pigment derived from blue green algae; the agent active is the Phycocyanin. Water soluble and available in powder and liquid version. Carmine (E-120): This famous food coloring provides natural deep red pigments, shades of orange, reddish, purple and dark violet. Carminic acid and carmine lakes are obtained from cochineal extracts. Some of these being watersoluble and others liposoluble.

E-141 CU-CHLOROPHYLLINE / CHLOROPHYLL
Chlorophyllin cuprosodic (E-141): Natural green obtained from alfalfa. Chlorophyllin is a mixture of copper salts sodium that comes from chlorophyll. This is watersoluble so it is more easily absorbed by the body and retaining its same properties.
It can be applied to different types of drinks, smoothies, ice creams, jellies, pastries, vegetable dishes, cheeses and candies. It has good stability to the light and heat exposure.

E-153 CHARCOAL
Carbon Black (E-153): Charcoal is a natural colorant in black tones. It is obtained from the burning of vegetables, coconut shells and other natural materials reduced to small particles and suspended in glucose syrup. Presented as a paste, soluble in water. Applicable in neutral or acid pH products. It is used in the fish industry for caviar or surimi imitation, in confectionery, candies, cookies and chocolates. Vegetable black pigment without toxicity, suitable for human consumption. Excellent stability to the light and heat exposure.
